VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. – Inside the Orbital Sciences processing facility at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, processing of Orbital’s Pegasus XL rocket slated to launch NASA's Nuclear Spectroscopic Telescope Array, or NuSTAR, is nearly complete. The spacecraft has been mated with the rocket and enclosed in the Pegasus payload fairing on the forward end of the rocket, at center.
