VIERA, Fla. – Bob Cabana, left, director of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, allows Kennedy’s “Spaceperson” to hold the ball he will use to make the first pitch of a spring training game between Major League Baseball's Washington Nationals and the Houston Astros at the Space Coast Stadium’s Space Day. Kennedy set up a booth at the stadium for the occasion to highlight some of the contributions the space agency has made to sports, transportation and everyday life.
