CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – Aboard NASA’s Freedom Star boat, Captain Mike Nicholas in foreground, Boatswain Allan Gravina at the wheel, and Marine Operations Manager Joe Chaput, all with United Space Alliance, monitor the progress as NASA’s Mobile Aerospace Reconnaissance System, or MARS, secured on the boat, is being prepared for a day of testing in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Port Canaveral in Florida.
