CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – Surveyors ensure the hazard field for the Project Morpheus lander is properly situated near the Shuttle Landing Facility at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. In the distance is the 525-foot-tall Vehicle Assembly Building. Testing of the prototype lander has been ongoing at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston in preparation for its first free flight.
