CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – At NASA Kennedy Space Center in Florida, flight instructors and their students from Florida Tech, or FIT, in Melbourne prepare to depart the Shuttle Landing Facility, or SLF, in Cherokee Warrior and Cessna 172S lightweight aircraft. The middle and high school students are participating in FIT’s Av/Aero summer camp experience.
