CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -- The team that has been modifying crawler-transporter No. 2 inside high bay 2 of the Vehicle Assembly Building at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida gathered prior to a test drive. The crawler-transporter has been undergoing modifications in preparation to carry launch vehicles such as the space agency's Space Launch System heavy-lift rocket to the launch pad.
