CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -- A truck sprays water along the crawlerway to reduce dust ahead of crawler-transporter 1 as it begins its trek to Launch Pad 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. New jacking, equalizing and leveling, or JEL, hydraulic cylinders were installed on CT-1 and are being tested for increased load carrying capacity and reliability.
