CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – The Project Morpheus prototype lander is positioned at the midfield of the Shuttle Landing Facility at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida to prepare it for a dress rehearsal of a tethered flight test. The lander will be transported to a launch platform at the north end of the landing facility. Testing of the prototype lander was performed at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston in preparation for tethered and free flight testing at Kennedy.
