CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - Construction of an exercise pad is underway beside the new fitness trail next to the Space Station Processing Facility at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The one-mile-long track will provide employees with a safe place off Kennedy's roadways to walk or run. The more than 6 tons of green waste removed to create the trail's footprint will be mulched and used for cover at Kennedy's landfill.
