VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. – The mobile service tower has been rolled back from the United Launch Alliance Delta II rocket carrying NASA's Orbiting Carbon Observatory-2, or OCO-2, on Space Launch Complex 2 at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, one of the final steps leading up to launch. Launch is scheduled for 5:56 a.m. EDT on July 1.
