CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – Inside the Delta Operations Center at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, United Launch Alliance technicians lower the second stage of a Delta IV Heavy rocket following testing in preparation for the unpiloted Exploration Flight Test-1, or EFT-1. The second stage will be moved to the Horizontal Integration Facility at Space Launch Complex 37 for mating with the Delta IV Heavy booster stages.
