SAN DIEGO, Calif. – The USS Salvor, a safeguard-class rescue and salvage ship, is docked at Naval Base San Diego in California. Preparations are underway to load the Orion boilerplate test vehicle and associated hardware onto the ship for Underway Recovery Test 4A.
