CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – NOAA’s Deep Space Climate Observatory spacecraft, or DSCOVR, wrapped in plastic, is transferred from its transportation pallet to a portable work stand at the Astrotech payload processing facility in Titusville, Florida, near Kennedy Space Center. DSCOVR is a partnership between NOAA, NASA and the U.S. Air Force.
