Kennedy Space Center Director Bob Cabana, left, was joined by Nancy Bray, director of Spaceport Integration and Services, center, and Tom Engler, director of Center Planning and Development in briefing members of the news media on the balcony of Operations Support Building II. They described Kennedy's transition from a primarily government-only facility to a premier, multi-user spaceport. In the background is the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB).
