About this work
NASA's Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS), inside its shipping container, is backed in on flatbed truck to the Payload Hazardous Servicing Facility (PHSF) at the agency's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Inside the PHSF, the satellite will be processed and prepared for its flight. TESS is scheduled to launch atop a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
