Open Water Recovery Lead Tim Goddard attaches lights to the top of the test version of the Orion capsule used during Underway Recovery Test-7 (URT-7) in the well deck of the USS John P. Murtha on Nov. 3, 2018. Goddard is the hardware expert in the open water and assists dive teams in the Pacific Ocean as they practice recovering the capsule during day and nighttime conditions.
