Josephine Pereira, Kennedy Space Center’s chief of Workforce Strategy and Development, speaks to students who were brought to Kennedy on Delta Air Lines’ Women Inspiring Our Next Generation (WING) flight from Atlanta, Georgia, on Sept. 23, 2022. An all-female crew flew girls from a variety of schools and organizations with a STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) focus to Kennedy to learn about the various careers available at the Florida spaceport.
