STS-91 crew members participate in the Crew Equipment Interface Test, or CEIT, in KSC's Orbiter Processing Facility Bay 2. Here, Mission Specialist Janet Kavandi, Ph.D., inspects a foot restraint for an external vehicular activity (EVA) spacewalk. During CEIT, the crew have an opportunity to get a hands-on look at the payloads and equipment with which they'll be working on-orbit.
