Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — Technicians from Boeing and Alenia Aerospazio wait on a work stand at the Space Station Processing Facility to check out the Multi-Purpose Logistics Module (MPLM), being lowered. KSC personnel below watch the process. The module, named Leonardo, is one of three from Alenia Aerospazio, and will be operated by NASA and supported by ASI, the Italian space agency.
