In the Vertical Processing Facility (VPF), the Chandra X-ray Observatory is the object of attention of the STS-93 crew and workers on the floor. STS-93, scheduled to launch July 9 aboard Space Shuttle Columbia, has the primary mission of the deployment of the Chandra X-ray Observatory.
