Ashby, and Mission Specialists Steven A. Hawley (Ph.D.), Michel Tognini of France, who represents the Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales (CNES), and Catherine G. Coleman (Ph.D.). Collins is the first woman to serve as a Shuttle commander.
