About this work
Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — A payload transporter, carrying a payload canister with the Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) inside, pulls into Orbiter Processing Facility (OPF) bay 2. The SRTM, the primary payload on STS-99, will soon be installed into the payload bay of the orbiter Endeavour already undergoing processing in bay 2.
