KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. -- At Launch Pad 39A, the payload canister with the Integrated Truss Structure Z1 inside arrives at the spot under the Rotating Service Structure where the canister can be lifted to the Payload Changeout Room. There the Z1 truss will be removed and later transferred to Space Shuttle Discovery’s payload bay. Discovery is at right, sitting atop the Mobile Launcher Platform.
