Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — The Joint Airlock Module, suspended from an overhead crane, moves toward the payload canister below. After being placed in the canister, the module will be transferred to the Space Station Processing Facility. There the module will undergo more preflight processing for the STS-104 mission scheduled for launch aboard Space Shuttle Atlantis May 17, 2001.
