Expedition 51 Flight Engineer Jack Fischer speaks from behind glass, while in quarantine, during the State Commission meeting to approve the Soyuz launch of Expedition 51 to the International Space Station, Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at the Cosmonaut Hotel in Baikonur, Kazakhstan. Launch of the Soyuz rocket is scheduled for April 20 and will carry Fischer and Soyuz Commander Fyodor Yurchikhin of Roscosmos into orbit to begin their four and a half month mission on the International Space Station.
