Expedition 54 flight engineer Norishige Kanai of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) prepares to have his Russian Sokol suit pressure checked in preparation for launch aboard the Soyuz MS-07 spacecraft, Sunday, Dec. 17, 2017 in Baikonur, Kazakhstan. Launch of the Soyuz rocket will send Kanai and fellow crewmates flight engineer Scott Tingle of NASA and Soyuz Commander Anton Shkaplerov of Roscosmos on a five month mission aboard the International Space Station.
