Fernandez gives remarks during an event at the U.S Department of State where it was announced that Cynthia Rosenzweig, a senior research scientist and head of the Climate Impacts Group at NASA’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS) in New York City, was awarded the 2022 World Food Prize from the World Food Prize Foundation, Thursday, May 5, 2022, at the Harry S. Truman Building in Washington.
