Eleven-year-old Hilt Boling is seen looking out of the windows of the Launch Control Center, Friday, Apr. 3, 2026, at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. When asked during an April 1 television appearance why he loved space and being at the Artemis II launch, Boling exclaimed: “We’re going back to the freaking Moon, that’s why!” His comments received widespread social media attention in the following days.
