About this work

Technicians and engineers inspect NASA's Near-Earth Object (NEO) Surveyor's instrument enclosure at the Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) in Logan, Utah, after it arrived from the agency's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Southern California in May 2025. The instrument enclosure will house the spacecraft's telescope, which is fitted with state-of-the-art detectors and a novel cryogenic system to keep the instrument cool.
