S121-E-05903 (7 July 2006) --- Astronauts Stephanie D. Wilson (center) and Lisa M. Nowak (right), STS-121 mission specialists, work with the Mobile Service System (MSS) and Canadarm2 controls in the Destiny laboratory of the International Space Station while Space Shuttle Discovery was docked to the station. Wilson and Nowak used the station's arm to move the Italian-built Leonardo Multi-Purpose Logistics Module (MPLM) from the shuttle cargo bay to install on the station's Unity node.
