S71-44668 (31 July-2 Aug. 1971) --- An oblique view of the crater Humboldt, as photographed by the Fairchild metric camera in the Scientific Instrument Module (SIM) bay of the Apollo 15 Command and Service Modules (CSM) in lunar orbit. This view is looking southerly. Humboldt, which is 200 kilometers (124 statute miles) in diameter, is located at 81 degrees east longitude and 27 degrees south latitude.
