S85-40669 (18 Sept. 1985) --- The two teachers, Sharon Christa McAuliffe (left) and Barbara R. Morgan have hands-on experience with an Arriflex motion picture camera following a briefing on space photography. The two began training Sept. 10, 1985 with the STS-51L crew and learning basic procedure for space travelers. The second week of training included camera training, aircraft familiarization and other activities. Morgan adjusts a lens as a studious McAuliffe looks on.
