About this work
At Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, an Orbital ATK Pegasus XL rocket is seen during payload fairing installation in Building 1555. On board Pegasus are eight NASA Cyclone Global Navigation Satellite System, or CYGNSS, spacecraft.
