At Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, the Orbital ATK L-1011 Stargazer awaits a Pegasus XL rocket to be mated to the aircraft. On board Pegasus XL are eight NASA Cyclone Global Navigation Satellite System, or CYGNSS, spacecraft.
