ISS018-E-028898 (7 Feb. 2009) --- The summit of Popocatepetl Volcano in Mexico is featured in this image photographed by an Expedition 18 crewmember on the International Space Station. Volcano Popocatepetl, a large stratovolcano located approximately 70 kilometers to the southeast of Mexico City, is considered by many volcanologists to be ?the planet?s riskiest volcano?.
