iss050e029074 (1/7/2017) --- A large selection of cameras and lenses are available to take Crew Earth Observations (CEO) photos. These cameras are in the Services Module part of the Russian Segment and near one of the windows used for Earth photography. CEO imagery provides researchers on Earth with key data to understand the planet from the perspective of the ISS. Crew members have been photographing Earth from space since the early Mercury missions beginning in 1961.
