iss074e0669779 (June 4, 2026) --- NASA astronaut and Expedition 74 flight engineer Jessica Meir works inside the Kibo laboratory module's Life Science Glovebox setting up research hardware for a blood stem cell investigation. Meir would later nourish the stem cells that are growing inside a research incubator to help doctors learn how to manufacture and commercialize space-designed therapies for a variety of blood cancers and immune diseases.
