At the Kremlin Wall in Moscow March 11, 2011 (from the left to right) NASA astronaut Ron Garan, Expedition 27 flight engineer; Russian cosmonaut Alexander Samokutyaev, Soyuz commander; and Russian cosmonaut Andrey Borisenko, flight engineer, posed for photographers. The three had just lain flowers in honor of fallen Russian icons as part of the ceremonial activities leading to their launch March 30 (Kazakhstan time) in their Soyuz TMA-21 spacecraft to the International Space Station.
