About this work
With the Soyuz TMA-06M spacecraft safely installed inside, the upper stage of its Soyuz booster rocket is rotated to the vertical position in the Integration Facility at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan October 16, 2012. The Soyuz is being prepared for launch October 23 to the International Space Station with NASA Flight Engineer Kevin Ford, Soyuz Commander Oleg Novitskiy and Flight Engineer Evgeny Tarelkin for a five-month mission on the orbital laboratory.
