At the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City, Russia, Russian cosmonaut Alexei Leonov (left), the first human to walk in space, shares a light moment with Expedition 37/38 Soyuz Commander Oleg Kotov (right) Sept. 13 before Kotov, Flight Engineer Sergey Ryazanskiy, Flight Engineer Michael Hopkins of NASA and their backups departed with their backup crewmates for the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Hopkins, Kotov and Ryazanskiy will launch from Baikonur Sept.
