jsc2023e055883 (10/5/2023) --- Oil is pushed back into the reservoir by a jet of air during the reset phase of the investigation. As the oil moves back into the reservoir, it leaves behind a thin liquid film. The Gaucho Lung investigation will study fluid transport within gel-coated tubes to learn more about treatment programs for respiratory distress syndrome and develop new contamination control strategies.
