Science Officers Cherie Achilles and Lauren Edgar monitor science operations from a flight control room at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston during a simulated moonwalk field test. JETT 5 was a week-long field test in the lunar-like landscape of San Francisco Volcanic Field near Flagstaff, Arizona while a team of flight controllers and scientists at Johnson monitor and guide their activities.
