STS-49 Flight Director Pennington monitors EVA in JSC's MCC Bldg 30 FCR

S49-S-0231 (11 May 1992) --- In the space shuttle flight control room (FCR) in Mission Control Center in Houston, Flight Director Al Pennington monitors the progress of the initial spacewalk of the STS-49 flight. A scale model of HM Bark Endeavour, namesake for the space shuttle currently making its inaugural flight, adorns the console.
