S94-39774 (August 1994) --- Boeing's Kari Rueter checks the helmet of astronaut Mark C. Lee prior to the mission specialist's participation in an underwater rehearsal for an extravehicular activity (EVA). Lee's spacewalk is scheduled for the September STS-64 mission. New rescue gear for use on future space shuttle missions will be evaluated during the mission's single spacewalk, involving astronauts Lee and Carl J. Meade, mission specialists.
