Crewmember activity in the shuttle middeck

STS091-780-001 (2-12 June 1998) --- Cosmonaut Valery V. Ryumin, mission specialist representing the Russian Space Agency (RSA), organizes a meal on the mid deck of the Earth-orbiting Space Shuttle Discovery. The galley is located at the corner of the mid deck lockers. Ryumin was headed toward a brief visit to RSA's Mir space station, joining five other Discovery crew members assigned to retrieve astronaut Andrew S.W. Thomas from the Mir.
