From the left are astronauts Michel Tognini, Jeffrey S. Ashby, Eileen M. Collins, Steven A. Hawley and Catherine G. Coleman. Tognini represents the European Space Agency (ESA). Collins will be the first woman to serve as a shuttle commander.
