Hadfield, mission specialist representing the Canadian Space Agency (CSA), stands on the portable foot restraint (PFR) connected to the Endeavour's remote manipulator system (RMS) robotic arm, during one of the two days of extravehicular activity (EVA) on the STS-100 mission. Astronaut Scott E. Parazynski, mission specialist, is seen at left near the Spacelab pallet.
