About this work
Large, shallow, circular skimmer attached with three rivets to a slender, cylindrical handle flattened into a reverse-tapered end with counterclockwise loop; two of the rivets are hammered flat on front. Bowl is perforated with small holes arranged into four concentric circles around one hole at center; turning marks visible on front and back of bowl. No other marks.
