About this work

With bowed, slender, cylindrical arms terminating in two circular grips or pads extending from contoured handles, one curled inward and the other scrolled out to a pierced disc, that are connected by a hidden hinge held closed by a curled-tip leaf spring bolted inside the disc-end handle. Pick is threaded through arm with disc-end handle, while tamper is attached perpendicular to hinge on the inward-curled handle. No marks.
