About this work
Small, elongated oval basin with crescent cutout along one side of the single-reeded rim; made of a single piece with flared sides and flat bottom, no foot ring. Bottom underside struck with three marks: a crowned badge at center between what appear to be two pairs of raised, conjoined script letters in a textured oval.
